Ubuntu will pick packages that are in Debian testing. Migration might take a week if there
are not problems or longer if there are.

If we change DUNE then OPM needs to support that version to allow migration. Our release
next month will be part of Debian/Ubuntu.

For jammy 2022.04 opm-simulators was part of Ubuntu. The version migrated to testing on February 27,
and was added to Ubuntu on March 9 with patches
For 2024.04 it was not as it was removed from testing on March 20.

So I guess we need to plan with about 15 days for packages to appear in Ubuntu.
As there might be a lot to fix on the Ubuntu side, I would aim for February 1 as release date
at the latest.
