[dune-fem] Dune-fem-howto tutorial compile

I think we should try to get the school code working for you since it
is much better structured then the howto - which we probably will not
maintain in the form available now.
We are in the process of releasing the 1.3 version of dune-fem during this
week and we should get hopefully most of the problems sorted.
So please wait a few days until we upload the new release.

Hi,

I am trying to compile the poisson tutorial from dune-fem-howto-1.2.0. Unfortunately I get several errors:

$ make main
...
main.cc:57:34: error: dune/fem-howto/base.hh: No such file or directory
...
../dune/dune-fem-1.2.1/dune/fem/io/file/binarydataio.hh:516: error: ‘DUNE_FEM_VERSION_MAJOR’ was not declared in this scope

I see that there are newer versions of dune-fem-howto (I have seen 1.3 being mentioned on this list) but only 1.2.0 is available from the website.

Is anyone able to point me towards a newer version of dune-fem-howto?
