[dune-fem] Dune-fem-howto tutorial compile

Hi Andreas,

Thanks - I shall wait for the 1.3 release, though I should also mention that I tried the installation on the centos server at sussex and get the same memory exceptions there (using the 1.3 release candidate). I'll have another look tomorrow, and can provide the installer script I used if it helps. Perhaps I have an incorrect flag set somewhere for the configuration.
