[dune-fem] Possible bug w.r.t. to L2 projection and p.w. const Legendre?

Hi,

when I use the L2Projection + p.w. const (i.e. degree 0) Legendre DG, I
get coefficients with value 0.5. And LocalFunction.evaluate() also gives
0.5. This seems odd. Of course, can be that I am doing something wrong.
More -- or less ;) -- as soon as I am sure that this is a bug.
