[dune-fem] Bugfix

Dear Fem-all,

after informing Robert about a bug that a found yesterday and providing 
him with a possible fix, I found out today that the fix actually does not
work for all grid types. Therefor you’ll find another fix attached.

For the case that Robert did not inform you, yet: The problem is that 
when in DefaultBasisFunctionSet::{jacobian,hessian,…}All the transformation
is _called_, the reference to the JacobianInverseTransposed that is stored
in the transformation is not valid anymore as the geometry was only a
temporary.
