[dune-fem] LatexColumnWriter

Hi Marco.
I haven''t really used that class a lot. I always go with the FemEoc 
class in femeoc.hh.
That is actually using the LatexTableWritter and that implementation 
might help with
understanding how to use the class. It really needs more docu....
