[dune-fem] Segmentation fault when creating a new space for several times

Hi Andreas, hi Martin,
thank you for looking into it. I suspected that was something related to the deletion order. 

Martin your workaround works. 
Nevertheless, I think we should fix the issue inside the space since it should be possible to delete the space and the grid part in any order. 
What do you think?
