[dune-fem] Direct sum of spaces

Hi Marco,

if I interpret your question correctly, Tobi's TupleDiscreteFunctionSpace is 
what you are looking for. As Tobi is mainly interested in discontinuous function 
spaces, it is possible that you have to do some testing / tweaking to the mapper.
