Hi,
My name is Maike, I am a PhD student at UCL and am working on forward modelling for sources outside of the brain, in the context of MEG.
A previous college had compiled Duneuro for the purpose of using FEM with Matlab in a windows system. However, I am now looking to apply anisotropy and other features which has resulted me in compiling for a linux system (WSL).
I am not well versed with WSL or C/C+ but have managed to compile Duneuro and the Dune core modules. I was hoping to maybe get some advice on if I will need to compile the FEM modules as well, and if so which release versions are compatible.
Apologies for reaching out for what is probably a simple task!
Many thanks,
Maike
