[dune-functions] Dune-functions on gitlab.dune-project.org

Dear Dune-Functions users,
we just moved the main repository for dune-functions
to the new dune gitlab installation. The addres of
the new repository is

  https://gitlab.dune-project.org/staging/dune-functions

The old repository still exists and is now a read-only
mirror for the new one. I.e., there's no urgent need
to take action for you.

However, the new gitlab infrastructure provides some
features that may be interesting for you. E.g., an
rss-feed with notifications for all activities like
pushes, merge-requests, comments, ...
