[dune-pdelab] testpoisson-petsc.cc broken

Dear PDELab,
when doing "make ckeck" for dune-pdelab Revision 1647 the 
testpoisson-petsc.cc fails. The reasons are:
- In line 34 the included header should end with .hh instead of .Hh
- The last header included "petscksp.h" is nowwhere in PDELab at least 
neither my compiler nor the local file search found that file.
