[dune-pdelab] Patch for removed VTK::OutputType

Hi,
in r8221 of dune-grid VTK::OutputType was removed. It has been
deprecated since Dune 2.1. That breaks some of the dune-pdelab
tests which still use the deprecated code.
The attached patch fixes the issue. The patch is not properly
tested because make check does currently not work.
