[dune-pdelab] Diverging problem definitions for convection-diffusion problems

Hey,

it seems like the problem definitions convection-diffusion problems
have diverged for different discretization schemes:

- For conforming finite elements in
/dune/pdelab/localoperator/convectiondiffusion.hh the
ConvectionDiffusionParameterInterface is used to define boundary
conditions, tensor, etc.
- For cell centered finite volume discretizations on
/dune/pdelab/localoperator/diffusionccfv.hh several classes are used
to accomplish the same thing (A class for the tensor, one for the
boundary type, one for the boundary function, etc.)

What is the long term plan? Do we unify these two approaches or do we
need to maintain two different implementations for the two problems?

Cheers,

Markus
