[dune-pdelab] Unused variables

Hi pdelab-team,
i noticed some compilerwarnings when compiling with -Wall in:
.../pdelab/gridoperator/common/assemblerutilities.hh:301:22: Warnung: 
Variable »gj« gesetzt, aber nicht verwendet [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
.../pdelab/gridoperator/common/assemblerutilities.hh:297:20: Warnung: 
Variable »gi« gesetzt, aber nicht verwendet [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
my current revision is 2018, however those headers didnt change up to 
the current revision 2038. My compiler is: g++ (Ubuntu/Linaro 
4.6.1-9ubuntu3) 4.6.1
