[dune-pdelab] dim < dimWorld ?

Dear Bernd,

the NeuroDUNE code, which Dan mentions and which simulates signal 
distribution on a three-dimensional network of one-dimensional entities 
actually does assemble a dim-discretisation and not dim-world. The 
dim-world coordinates are only needed for visualization and coupling to 
three-dimensional model components.
