[dune-pdelab] pdelab-howto compiling

Dear Marco,

which versions of the modules are you using? From the names it seems 
like you are using the 2.1.1 version of the core-modules,
are you using the 2.1 snapshots of dune-pdelab and dune-pdelab-howto?
For me in the 2.1 version dgoverlapping compiles without problems.
