[dune-pdelab] pdelab-howto compiling

Hi Rebecca,
you're right, I'm using the 2.1.1 version of the core modules and the 
2.1 snapshot of pdelab and pdelab-howto.
I thought it worked. Therefore, you're saying that I have to use the 2.1 
version of the core modules, isn't it?
I'll try this.
