[dune-pdelab] Committer ID mapping from PDELab SVN repository to future git repository

Hi everyone,

just a quick update: I talked to Christian, and according to him, there should be an email
alias "username at dune-project.org" for everyone with commit rights to the SVN repositories,
and he suggested using those email addresses for the git IDs.

I like that idea as well, because it avoids the kind of problems Peter and Olaf raised
(developer affiliations w.r.t. repository crawlers and skewed numbers on public project
statistics websites). Apart from that, those aliases will be very stable over time.

On a related note, Christian and I discussed a possible roadmap for the migration:
We would like to create an interim repository on the user wiki and use that for some weeks
until we have a working and stable git server on dune-project.org. I've put up a more detailed
