[dune-pdelab] PDELab now depends on external library dune-typetree

Hi Steffen,
would you be so kind and add this piece of information in the news 
section of dune-project.org/pdelab? It would be handy to have the 
checkout command for dune-typetree to be copied and pasted from the 
website, too.
What's the plan with dune-typetree? Will it be merged in dune-common or 
some other core module?
