[dune-pdelab] Whitespace Hook

Hi everybody,

just a quick notice that I turned on automatic installation of the whitespace hook that is now distributed
as part of dune-common. Having dunecontrol install and update the hook is one less thing to have
to worry about.

You might run into one little bump with this, however: If the old hook is installed in one of your repositories,
dunecontrol will not recognize it for what it is and complain about a custom pre-commit hook. You can easily
fix that problem by deleting the file .git/hooks/pre-commit inside your module directory and re-running
dunecontrol vcsetup.
