Mmh. I was not aware that I had Eigen installed on my system. (Probably
did install to add a CMake test, I guess.)
Nevertheless, it is very unfortunate that broken backends _are_
activated by default.

@steffen Could you comment on what backends are supposed to
work. Maybe we should either fix the others or deactivate them
temporarily.
