[dune-pdelab] Types exported by vector backends

Dear pdelab,
I noticed that (at least) both the ISTLVectorContainer and ISTLMatrixContainer classes
export the type used for scalars once as 'ElementType' and once as 'E'.  Is that intentional?
Is one supposed to go away eventually?  Which one?
