[dune-pdelab] dune-pdelab release 2.0: problems with dnaplfv example from howto

Hi Rebecca,
what version of METIS/ParMETIS do you use? The most recent 
version is not
properly supported in Dune, cf. FS#1212. Depending on the 
compiler this
gives me an error or a warning.
I don't know too much about this topic, I stumbled over it 
when testing the
release.
