[dune-pdelab] dune-pdelab release 2.0: problems with dnaplfv example from howto

Hey Christoph,
thanks for your comment.
I am using Parmetis 3.0 so I do not think that this is related to FS#1212.

Furthermore I have an older dune installation on the same computer,
there I use version 2.2.1 for the core modules and pdelab 1.1.
There everything works just fine.

Does anybody else have an idea?
