[dune-pdelab] boilerplate in pdelab release

Hi,

I just tried some of the boilerplate examples. The
visualizations of the instationary examples (heat_instationary and
advection_instationary) for timesteps after first one look really
weired and appear to be wrong to me. Can someone confirm that?
