[dune-pdelab] Two minor patches for PDELab-howto

Hi Steffen,
two more patches for PDELab-howto. One adds build-cmake/
to .gitignore, the other reduces the included LaTeX
packages. They are not used but I have to manually install
these packages as they are not very common and are not
automatically installed with openSuse.
