[dune-pdelab] Cleanup in pkqkfem.hh [patch]

there is a GitLab for PDELab on Conan
http://conan2.iwr.uni-heidelberg.de/git/pdelab/dune-pdelab

Ask the Heidelberg guys to create an account for you, push a branch and
create a merge request.
Judging from my two requests, the workflow seems to work.

There was an announcement by Steffen some weeks ago, announcing the new,
experimental workflow - but I cannot find it any more.

As an exception, I can create the branch and merge request, if you want
me to.
