[dune-pdelab] SuperLu issue

Hi Tim,
I assume you are using SuperLU 5? Then it would be a known issue.

As most Linux distribution still provide 4.3 or even 3.0, nobody felt
the urge to adapt our wrapper code. More information:

Either you fix it (and provide a patch?) or use an older version.
