[dune-pdelab] dumax installation problem referred to pdelab

Note that dumUx is still based on PDELab 2.0. You will only need PDELab 
if you want to simulate free flow coupled to porous-media flow (see 
test/multidomain/README in this case) or geomechanical problems.
