[dune-pdelab] Dune infrastructure back online

Hi everyone,

the infrastructure is up and running again - hopefully without any major interruptions for the
foreseeable future.

That said, there will be a GitLab update tomorrow ;-) But that shouldn’t take more than a few
minutes.
