Excellent. My suggestion is, that this should be realised in the default
geometry classes we talked about at one of the Dune devel meetings. For
example the geometry setup could be the same for all grids providing
simplices and for cubes. Of course, for pyramids and prism the situation
is a little bit different.
The constructor for a face entity (3d) with geom type simplex has to
provide the local face number and the 3 vertices for geometry of the
entity codim 0, or something like that. Also I think we should develop
no complicated interface, but adjust the code to our problems. Also, I
would suggest, that this problems are solved on demand. If somebody
really needs entities of higher codims for YaspGrid, then he can start
to think about the default implementations.
