[Dune] arithmetic operators for FieldVector<K,1>

Hello Christian,

the same arguments apply also to 'operator-' and 'operator*'.
So they shhould also be removed.

Finally, I'm allow to write  'x[0] - 1.0' instead of '-1.0 + x[0]'  :-)
