[Dune] Changes in the template parameters of UGGrid and OneDGrid

Dear users of OneDGrid and UGGrid!
I have just changed the template parameters of the classes OneDGrid
and UGGrid.  As of dune-grid revision 3338, OneDGrid does not have
template parameters at all anymore.  UGGrid now has only one
integer template parameter which specifies the grid dimension and
the world dimension at the same time.  This change reflects the
actual capabilities of these two grid implementations.

Please make the appropriate changes in your application code after
your next update of dune-grid.
