[Dune] Re: ug.m4 und Task 65.

Dear Robert!
The check for --enable-dune is not useless. If you leave it out you
can compile your UG without --enable-dune but with C++. Then the
dune build system will happily find UG, compile and link everything,
but any code using UGGrid will encounter the strangest segfaults.
