[Dune] nonconformity of 2d Alugrid

No, taht was not a type. In the final version
ALUSimplexGrid<2,2> is supposed to work the same way
as ALUSimplexGrid<3,3>, i.e., not like it does now.
The implementation used at the moment will then be
available through ALUConformGrid...
