[Dune] Roadmap to 1.0

Dear all,

I think we should focus towards 1.0. In order get more precise I suggest 
that we create a document where we

* Define what should be in 1.0 (Here I suggest to be realistic. Let us 
keep this to a MINIMUM, eg with respect to parallelism. A small and 
stable 1.0 release is better than many features that do not really work yet)

* Make a schedule how this can be achieved.

To that end I created a new repository on hal which is named 
"dune-articles". Just "cvs co dune-articles". The appended document can 
be found in dune-articles/roadmaps/roadmap10.tex. I suggest that we edit 
and iterate this document for the next week or so and then the first 
task towards 1.0 is completed.
