Debian Packete (sarge) for DUNE (The Distributed and Unified Numerics Environment)

Packages Dune Depends on
------------------------

Build tools:
automake >= 1.5 (Debian Sarge: e.g. automake1.9
autoconf >= 2.50 (Debian Sarge: autoconf)

Compiler:
- icc (C/C++ und Fortran Compiler) >= 7.0 (no Debian Packages available)
  and/or
  GNU C, C++ >=3.4 (Debian sarge: g++-3.4, gcc-3.4)
- fortran (g77 or the version blas was compiled with)


The following packages are not mandatory for the parallel use
of DUNE as they are only needed for some sequential grids (e.g. Alberta):

	BLAS:
	refblas3-dev, refblas3

	Atlas:
	atlas3-base
	and the package optimized for the hardware
	(probably atlas3-3dnow for AMD)

	OpenGL:
	libgl1-mesa-dev

	X headers:
	libx11-dev
