[Dune] ALU3dGrid header deleted.

Hello Dune,

I just deleted the alu3dgrid.hh header file.
Instead of that you should use the alugrid.hh file in the dune/grid
directory.

Instead of ALU3dGrid<dim,dimworld,hexa||tetra> one now uses

ALUCubeGrid<dim,dimworld>

and ALUSimplexGrid<dim,dimworld>

Everything else stays the same.
