[Dune] Doxygen documentation with make install

Hi,

I am currently fixing make install in dune.

I was wondering what the supposed procedure would be for the doxygen
generated documentation.

- Would be install for each package. I. e. The that of istl goes
share/doc/dune/istl/doxygen, that of grid to
share/doc/dune/grid/doxygen.

- Or would one rather not install any doxygen documentation with the
packages, but provide the whole documentation through another
package. Immediately dune-web comes to my mind.
