76 is indeed more of a UG problem than a dune problem.  However, several
dune users have run into it, therefore I wanted it documented at a
prominent place.  A patch has been proposed and I am awaiting approval
from Stuttgart.

The fact that there is no problem with gcc-3.4 is a bug in 3.4.

I think there are several good ways to implement it, and only laziness
has kept me from choosing one and fixing the issue.  In fact I don't
consider it very important and would happily postpone it to post-1.0.

There are (or should be) other tests which need grid files, for example
the tests for the file readers.

The problem with TwistUtility is that there is no documentation _at all_.
Furthermore, you can't even guess from the code what it does.
