[Dune] Parallel UGGrid as a release goal?

As long as we are satisfied with the
interface for parallel computations, I do not really
think its necessary to postpone the realese date of 1.0.
We have two grids where everything works and thats proof
of concept. Adding additional feature of the grid can be
done in 1.1 (for example in June 2007).

We want to add periodic grids to ALU - but that will
require one or two weeks really working and testing
so we decided to leave it to post 1.0. I'm sure
there are many comparable construction sits!

Lets get 1.0 out as fast as possible!
