[Dune] Parallel UGGrid as a release goal?

Dear Dune!
The parallel part of the UGGrid interface implementation is still
incomplete.  Should parallel applications using UGGrid be possible
before 1.0?  I tend to think they should, even though that may
delay the release a bit.
