[Dune] irregular elements in UGGRID

Hello Dune,
I've a question about a locally refined UGGRID with refinement type 'COPY'.
For some elements 'isRegular ' returns false although they are in my opinion
regular refined.

In the attached example you find the finest level after 0,1,2 refinements.
Elements returning false are green. For 2 refinements (right grid) the two
elements in the lower right quadrant return 'false' although they result from
a regular refinement.

Am I wrong or is this a bug ?
