[Dune] Method level() in IntersectionIterator

Dear Dune!
I just removed the method level() from the interface of the
IntersectionIterator.  I have also removed it from UGGrid, OneDGrid,
and SGrid, and I couldn't find it in YaspGrid(!).  It still exists
in AlbertaGrid and ALU***Grid, and I would like to ask someone from
Freiburg to do the corresponding changes there for me.
