[Dune] label/id mismatching when visualizing with vtkwriter and paraview (with that of grid files)

Dear DUNEler,

Why is that a grid file when visualising with vtkwriter and paraview
gives different labels (for eg. ID's of vertices ) than the original
ids from the grid file.

Attached a sample 2d ALU simplex grid (2dgrid.ALU)

from the grid file it is clear that vertex ID 2 is with coord (1,-1) but
when visualizing with vtkwriter and paraview it shows ID as 5. there are
many such mismatches of labels. 

since the labels are different it sometimes make confusion. I would like
to know what the problem is?
