[Dune] Testing the Beta4 Tarballs

I would suggest the following procedure:

we continue releasing beta tar balls, till we fixed the _major_
problems. This means nothing catastrophic happens at once. The users
are able to use the basic features. Once we find the beta tarball
table mature enough, we rerelease the same version als 1.0.

I would volunteer to create the tarball so that we will have a new
release today or tomorrow morning.
