preAdapt and adapt and the prolongation of data has to be done between
the call of adapt and postAdapt.

mark(1, it) fo all leaf entities and then preAdapt, adapt, postAdapt,
so the state of globalRefine should be the same as after postAdapt. 

7) the name of the method is not quite apropriate, it means that the
