Hello Dune,

I agree to postpone the MacPro Problem to 1.01 and add this to the list
of known issues, or this simply means 1.0 does not support MacPro
architecture or whatever.

The conversion from FieldVector<K,1> to K I agree with Markus to remove
this feature.
