[Dune] License info in DUNE headers.

Hello Dune,

for the final 1.0 release I suggest to add the license information to
all source files. This can be done in a very easy way during generation
of the distribution (make dist). How to do that is shown in the ALUGrid
package by using the dist-hook target in the Makefile.am.
