[Dune] New Alberta Version.

Hello all,

yesterday I added the possibility to use ALBERTA version 2.0. The old
version 1.2 will still work although some things are a bit different,
such as the removal of the Preprocessor variable DIM since ALBERTA now
supports sub grids (not yet implemented in AlbertaGrid).

All that update the trunk of dune-grid (should also update dune-common)
and run dunecontrol once, since some of the Preprocessor flags changed
or some new are added.
